Community

Server Guidelines

By being in the TrainerTrinkets Discord, you agree to follow these rules. They exist to keep the community fair, fast, and fun for everyone.

01
Be Respectful

Treat all members and staff with respect. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior of any kind. This is a community built on helping each other catch Pokémon — keep it positive.

02
No Spamming

Do not spam raid requests, messages, or pings. Use the correct channels for the correct purposes. Repeated spam will result in a warning or removal.

03
Use the Right Channels

Post raid requests in #raid-requests, general chat in #general, and order questions in #support. Misuse of channels clutters the server and slows down your service.

04
Raid Request Format

When requesting a raid invite, include your trainer name, friend code, and the Pokémon you want. Incomplete requests may be skipped. The more info you provide, the faster we can get you in.

05
Account Sharing

For Community Day grinding and Raid Event sessions, you grant us temporary limited access to your account solely to perform the service. Never share your password in public channels — use DMs or the secure intake form only.

06
No Refund Abuse

Refunds are issued at our discretion when a service cannot be delivered. Do not falsely claim non-delivery. Abuse of the refund process will result in a permanent ban.

07
No Self-Promotion

Do not advertise other raid services, bots, or Discord servers without permission from an admin. Unsolicited promotion will result in an immediate ban.

08
Follow Discord ToS

All members must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old to be in this server.

09
Strike System

Minor violations earn a warning. Two warnings result in a 24-hour mute. Three warnings result in a permanent ban. Severe violations (scamming, doxxing, threats) result in an immediate ban with no warnings.

10
Admin Decisions Are Final

If you disagree with a moderation decision, DM an admin calmly and politely. Public arguments about bans or warnings will not be entertained and may worsen the outcome.
