Common questions

Most requests are fulfilled within 5 minutes. During peak times it may take slightly longer, but we aim to always respond within 15 minutes.

Any Pokémon currently in 5-star or Mega raids. We stay current with the rotation. If something isn't available we'll let you know.

Yes — on Silver, Gold, and Platinum plans, unused raids roll over to the next month up to your tier's cap (10, 30, or 75 raids). Bronze has no rollover.

Gold members can link 2 accounts (you + 1 friend). Platinum members can link 3 (you + 2 friends). All accounts share the same monthly raid pool.

Any time from your dashboard via Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period — you keep access until then.
