1. Service Description
TrainerTrinkets provides Pokémon GO remote raid invites, Pokécoin purchases, and related gaming services. All services are delivered through Discord. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Discord account to use our services. By subscribing or purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a service cannot be delivered. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are managed through the billing portal. Changing your subscription tier takes effect immediately, with the price difference prorated on your next invoice.
4. Account Access
Some services (Community Day grinding, Raid Event sessions) require temporary access to your Pokémon GO account. You grant us limited, temporary access solely to perform the requested service. We will never change your password or account details.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, or misrepresent our services. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate Niantic's Terms of Service in ways beyond what is inherent to the services offered.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
TrainerTrinkets is not affiliated with Niantic, The Pokémon Company, or Nintendo. Pokémon GO is a trademark of Niantic, Inc. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainerTrinkets and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or in-game items — arising from your use of our services. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrainerTrinkets, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any third party's rights, including Niantic's Terms of Service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
